They don't answer their phone, tried calling 5 times to place an order. Sunday 6pm. Pathetic. Lost business. Even their 310-1010 operator, Brian, transferred me to a 416 cellphone number that went to voicemail. Good luck making money, guys.
Just brutal. I ordered online and after an hour and a half, still no pizza. Tried calling the direct line to Pizza Hut on Bank and 5th and there is no answer ever... and this after Brian (I assume the same one from the comment above) hung up on me twice. Driver shows up and is surprised that (a) Im irritated that there isnt even an apology, and (b) Im no longer interested in PAYING for the experience of being hung up on and ignored. Absolutely shameful way to treat customers.
